We restock as soon as our products start getting low to ensure that we don't make you wait to order and we keep it moving!

"It says delivered, but its not with me? Where is it?"

In this situation we have no control over what happened to your package. Please contact Royal Mail about a missing package. We can't do anything to help but do make sure that you contact them. 

Can I cancel my order?

No. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If there are any issues with the sold product do contact us.
